So, now the Democrats have won the White House and we're supposed to hold hands with them, share a Coke and sing Kumbaya. We are to come together as a nation and forget the following.
For the last 4 years they have:
Denied Trump was duly elected.
Wasted time trying to prove Russian collusion and failed because it was phony to begin with. All the while ignoring the activities of Hillary Clinton and Joe and Hunter Biden.
The press, instead of telling us the news and letting us decide, reported with bias and told us what to think.
So liberal media platforms have censored conservative voices, closed down & deleted their pages & acted as promotional arms of the liberal agenda.
The Left, along with the press, made Trump out to be a racist, which is a complete lie. If he didn't denounce racism every 12 minutes, he never denounced it at all.
The Left watched cities burn and said nothing. They organized donation drives to pay bail for looters, vandals & those who attacked law enforcement.
The Left supported the Marxist organization BLM and denied Antifa even existed.
They demonized the foundation of our country, which made our very existence a product of evil.
They let protesters gather to loot and burn, but claimed it was Trump supporters and churches spreading the Covid virus.
Statues of our founders were torn down while the Left stood back and watched. They denied the historical context by which actions were taken 200+ years ago and were judged by the same standard they would be today.
The Democrats refused to even acknowledge their racist history and that the Republican Party was established to fight slavery.
Churches have been burned to the ground and you didn't hear it from the media.
Trump gave us the greatest economy of all time resulting in minorities experiencing the lowest unemployment rate in history while the black caucus sat on their collective blessed assurances and couldn't even give Trump the credit he deserved.
When China gave us a debilitating virus, the Left blamed it on Trump and then blamed him for the economy taking a huge hit.
They said our country was racist and we are loaded with systemic racism which is a lie.
They indicated if you are a black American you were in the cross hairs of the police whenever you went out in public. The facts and statistics that showed this as false were and remain completely ignored.
Trump brokered THREE historic Middle East treaties and was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize at least twice while the press remained silent. They banged cymbals and wet themselves when Obama received the prize for doing nothing.
Trump held our allies accountable for their lack of financial support through NATO in protecting the world and demanded China stop taking advantage of some really bad trade deals. No praise from the Left was given.
Obama said the same thing about our southern boarders as Trump did and how we were a nation of laws and was applauded. Trump said the same thing and was demonized. Bill Clinton said we could "Make America great again" and was praised. Trump said it and was called a racist.
I could go on and on and my conservative friends will agree with almost everything I say while my friends on the Left won't acknowledge even a couple of these facts are true. I challenge anyone on the Left to agree with me on any point without using it to give a back-handed insult to Trump.
And I'm expected to get on Facebook and inundate you with cute memes, heartwarming little essays and pictures of my latest trip and my grandchildren.
All the while ignoring the Socialist agenda being thrust on us that will eventually lead to the erosion of our great country because someone may get offended.
Well, get offended if you want to because, to quote the great philosopher Rhett Butler, "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn."
