Damals waren Sweet oder Slade Pop-Bands. Eine Einordnung in "Glam" gab es damals doch noch gar nicht, die kam erst viel später. Und da sich Geordie in die Riege derartiger Bands einreihen, waren sie eben auch ne Pop Band.

Ich lese das Buch zur Zeit. Gefällt mir sehr gut bis jetzt.
Bon war mit Fraternity/Fang Vorband von Geordie Anfang der 70er.
Ich wusste auch gar nicht, dass Geordie damals doch relativ groß war. Die hatten sogar Nazareth und Uriah Heep im Vorprogramm.

Hab die aktuelle Biographie vom Brian auch noch ungelesen rumliegen, freue mich da aber schon drauf. Das geile ist, das er die alleine geschrieben hat, ganz ohne Autor und zu 100% in seinen eigenen Worten. Hab sein Buch "Rock auf der Überholspur" gelesen und hab mich da schon teilweise gekringelt vor lachen!

AC/DC, METALLICA, IRON MAIDEN and OZZY OSBOURNE are the rumored headliners for the 2023 edition of the Power Trip festival. Also expected to appear at the event is TOOL.
According to The Scenestar, the Goldenvoice-produced three-day festival will take place Friday, October 6 to Sunday, October 8 at the Empire Polo Club In Indio, California and will "feature legendary rock heavy performers from the 1970s and 1980s."
The full festival lineup and further details will be officially revealed on Thursday, March 30, at 7 a.m.

Er hat sich vom Touren verabschiedet, nicht von Einzelauftritten. Ich denke, das könnte er noch hinbekommen.
Diese kleinen Teaser Videos von jeder Band hast du gesehen? Das sieht für mich nach mehr aus als ein Gerücht.
