Ich habe zufällig das Original des Starspawn Cover-Bildes gefunden, wen es interessiert: es ist eine künstlerische Konzeption der Oberfläche der Venus: (gefunden in einem NYTimes Article über Leben auf der Venus, https://www.nytimes.com/2021/02/08/science/venus-life-phosphine.html . Das Bild ist von 1978

Das aktuelle Vinyl scheint schon wirklich rar zu sein. Die Tage ging eine schwarze LP bei Ebay für über 50 Euro plus Porto weg.

Nicht ganz billig. Aber das Endprodukt ist auf qualitativ höchstem Niveau. Sound, Aufmachung, Haptik finde ich meist sogar besser als bei den Original-Releases. Bei Century Media ist es sogar definitiv der Fall!

Danke für die Rückmeldung. Hab die jetzt einfach mal mitgenommen. Dass für jede zusätzliche Platte aber +10€ berechnet wird, ist happig.

Versand aus China ist nicht ganz billig.

Ab acht LPs wirds aber besser, da sind es nur noch ca. fünf Euro pro LP. Leider erreiche ich diese Grenze bei den tollen Veröffentlichungen fast immer.

bei discogs bekommt man das Vinyl aber durchaus schon für ca. 35€ inklusive Versand. Da sollte man sich vllt. besser mal nicht von diesem eBay-Verkauf "irritieren" lassen.

Irgendwie komm ich nicht mehr weg von der letzten Platte. Bin Spätzünder und Spätsünder. Geiles Teil. Auch erstaunlich wie sie am Schluss mMn. einen der besten Akustikparts eingebaut haben, die ich je gehört habe.
